Stéphane BONIN holds an LLM in Business and Tax Law from the University of Paris II (ASSASS). After qualifying as a lawyer at the Paris Bar, Stéphane BONIN joined LYONNET BIGOT, a law firm specialised in commercial litigation and, in particular, insolvency proceedings.

Thanks to this experience, he developed a deep knowledge of Insolvency Law and practice.

He then joined the French law firm « TJRB » as a partner, where he worked for 17 years, before founding the SCP BONIN & Associés law firm.

For 17 years, Stéphane BONIN advised, essentially, institutional clients (financial institutions, insurance companies), as well as Corporate groups and small or medium sized-companies, in all areas of commercial law and Labour law.
